You thought you just had to worry about byproducts in your dog’s food?! Think again! Talalay production is a completely water-based process and generates no byproducts that are harmful to the environment. Of course, Saatva’s finished product is also free of toxins of any kind, including the volatile compounds “outgassed” by synthetic foams.

Zenhaven is built in American factories using American Talalay latex. They don’t ship the processed latex from overseas as many other manufacturers do. IS ZENHAVEN 100% ORGANIC?

No. All the latex layers in Zenhaven are made from 100% natural latex, which is organic. However, once the latex is harvested, a small amount of nontoxic, inorganic material must be added in order to convert natural latex from its liquid, tree-tapped form to its solid form. Every support layer is made from 100% natural latex. While their flame-retardant layer contains natural, 100% New Zealand wool, and the cover is made of organic cotton, they must use a small amount of non-toxic, dermatological tested adhesive and synthetic reinforcement material to keep top layers from shifting. This is why they don’t try to claim a 100% organic mattress. And we totally appreciate that!
