Baron's Cove Staycation
I love to travel with my fur-babies, like basically if they aren't going with me somewhere i’m pretty much either talking about them the whole time, showing people photos of them, or just simply in a sad and bad mood. They have really turned into an addiction. So when I do need to get out of the this crazy city I call home, I also try and make sure that I at least have one of my fur-babes with me.
One of my favorite places to go to get away from everything New York City is Long Island, and when I say Long Island I mean The Hamptons. There is just something about the air out there, the people, the beaches and mostly the food. I love its almost as much as my bubs Pharrell dose. There are some amazing places to stay out eat with your pup but there is one that really does go up and beyond when it comes to their furry guest, Baron Cove.
Baron Cove is located right in the village of Sag Harbor, one of my favorite town in The Hamptons. Y'all this hotel is stunning and charming in every way! Besides the major selling point of Baron Cove being how the love their four-legged guest, there is so much more to love about this harbor facing resort! They have an amazing saltwater HEATED pool, complimentary continental breakfast, tennis court, fitness studio, spa and complimentary transportation to the beach! And don’t even get me started on the one of kind amazing restaurant and charming bar!
When it come to the pups it only gets better, first off they stay FREE if you book by March 28th! That’s right you don't pay for them to stay at Baron Cove! Oh, and the joy doesn't stop there! You get the use of the Baron’s Cove dog bed by Harry Barker (which I may or may not have taken a nap in with Pharrell) , a delicious custom dog treat, a frisbee for the beach, comfortable accommodations AKA the best bedding ever, and spacious rooms with a private garden for your pup. They have thought of everything for humans and hounds alike!
There is also so much fun things to do in Sag Harbor and the rest of The Hamptons with your fur-baby! First off, the beach! They are everywhere and are dog-friendly during the off season and during certain hours during the summer. You can also hit up one of the dog loving wineries. Get some wine for yourself and share a cheese plate with you fur-baby! The Hamptons has tons of dog-friendly patios where you can grab a bite before hitting up a little Hamptons shopping!
If you live in New York City and need a little weekend getaway book a car ASAP and head out to Barons Cove with your fur-baby! They’re staff is wonderful and welcoming to both humans and hounds and it's the perfect getaway!
