Puppy Baby Mama- Sydney

It’s that time of the week again, another #puppybabymama has stolen our hearts and we want to share her and her pup with you! This amazing North Carolina duo is probably the cutest thing you will see this week! Sydney and her pup Marris also have their own dog blog, that's right another dog mom taking over the blogging world!! We got the chance to ask Stacy some questions about her and fur-baby, see her answers below! Also be sure to follow along on Instagram for a daily dose of dog mom love at @madpuplife and check out her beautiful blog as well! Mad Pup Life

How did you and your pup find each other?

I found Keela, my Golden Retriever when I found my husband! My husband got her a few years before we started dating and they were a package deal (and I definitely wasn't complaining!) We decided to get Mattis after our engagement to grow our family and give Keela someone to play with. I couldn't imagine a better family!

What are your top 3 favorite dog brands and why?

Although I hate to admit it, I have WAY too many accessories for my dogs. I just love the thought of dressing them up and adding a little extra fun into our lives. My favorite place to shop for bowties is Pawties! They have always been my go-to for stylish bow ties and accessories. For toys, I'm an avid Zippy Paws lover. I can't get over how creative their interactive burrow toys are and I've never met a pup who didn't love them. I love to make my own DIY treats but one of my favorite places to shop for "professional" looking eats is Three Dog Bakery. They have a store nearby and I love to stop in and spoil the pups from time to time. They have so many great grain-free options which I love and make a lot of seasonal themed treats.

What is the perfect day date with your pup like in your city?

There is always so much to do in Charlotte, NC! We live in the suburbs about 15 minutes away, so we love to go on long walks at the park or hiking in the mountains. When we take the pups to the city, we love exploring the local dog-friendly breweries and murals.

What is your best advice to build social accounts?

My best advice would be to have patience. It takes time and a lot of effort to gain a significance on social media, but don't let that discourage you! Along the way, you'll meet so many like-minded individuals and you'll gain lifelong friends from around the world. If you want to see growth, just stay consistent and engage with as many accounts as you can each day.

Who are your favorite dogs or dog moms to follow?

I love all of the accounts we come in contact with, but some of my favorites are:

Shannon & Ryder at @shannonkatecypress. Shannon takes pictures of Ryder that are to die for! I love the bright colors and positive vibe her account brings to the dog community.

Nat & Kai at @kai.the.golden.retriever. Nat makes the best edits of Kai and comes up with the most hilarious puns! If I am ever having a bad day, I look over their account and instantly feel better.

Jake & Addie @thegoldensrule. It's no secret that I love Golden Retrievers and Jake and Addie always take the most adorable pictures. With Jake being blind, he serves as such an inspiration to all dogs who have issues in their lives.
